Will I be charged sales tax?
Yes, you will see a sales tax charge added to your order of pool fences.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
What are my shipping options?
We ship pool fencing products to all 50 states and some international destinations. Pool Fence Orders placed online will be shipped via UPS, USPS, DHL or Fed Ex.
When will my order be shipped?
Pool Fence Orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days of the date received. Business days and delivery days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. A confirmation e-mail with your order number will be sent to you when the order is placed and a tracking number will be sent once the order has shipped.
What if my order is damaged?
We take great pride in the quality of our pool safety products therefore; we take extreme care in packing and shipping your order of pool fence and child pool fence. However, we do realize that sometimes damage does occur. If you receive any damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately at info@poolfenceparts.com and we will make sure that you are 100% satisfied. Please include your pool fence order number and tracking information (if possible).
What if I need to return my order?
Pool Safety Products purchased online from PoolFenceParts.com may be returned within 10 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the total and shipping charges are non-refundable; however, if the return is a result of a manufacturing or shipping error on our part, we will happily refund your shipping costs and waive the restocking fees. Please contact us with your child safety concerns and reason for the return at info@poolfenceparts.com.
